Men’s Anger Healing Groups

New Group starting January 22, 2026

P u r p o s e
Going beyond mere anger management, this counselor-led group helps men own, understand and express a fuller range of emotions. We do so in order to facilitate deeper healing from past wounds and better, loving connections in present relationships.

S t r u c t u r e
Groups include up to seven men, meeting at 7714 Big Bend Blvd 63119. Reading and workbook assignments (taking 1-2 hrs/wk).  Groups are 24 weeks in length.
